Where will games be played??
T Ball Dorrance Park – up on the hill at Diamond 4.
Peewee/Coach Pitch 7 & 8 year olds. Dorrance Park on Diamond 3. The first Diamond as you turn into the park off of the Port Byron Hillsdale Road. Also, travel across the River to LeClaire and some close towns in our league.
9 – 10 Minors & 11 – 12 Majors. Dorrance Park, primarily on Diamond 2. Some games will be played on Diamond 1 if available. We play teams within the Riverdale Conference, so some travel is to be expected to towns like; Erie, Albany, Fulton, Morrison, Lyndon and Prophetstown.
Pony 13-15 year olds. Dorrrance Park on Diamond 1, the big diamond, by the concession stand. We play teams within the Riverdale Conference, so some travel is to be expected to towns like; Erie, Albany, Fulton, Morrison, Lyndon and Prophetstown.

When are the games played?
Baseball/Softball/T-ball games are played Monday thru Thursday – games begin at 6:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m. 8:00 games will be avoided while school is in session.
What days will my team practice? Practice dates and locations are given to coaches at the player draft. Practices times are 5-6:30 and 6:30 to 8:00pm during the week.
Practice days and times are dependent on your Head Coach’s availability.

Do I have to work the Concession Stand? No, a Board Member is in charge of the concession stand. But if you’d like to work the concession stand, please see the executive board member in charge of the concession stand.

Can I pick the Coach or Team I want to my child to play on? During the registration process, there is a place for stating a coach’s name. However, this does NOT guarantee placement on that team, but does let us know that you have a preference.

Divisions/Age Groups
In the spring seasons, players are assigned to divisions based on their age as of September 1st of the current year. In the fall seasons, players are assigned to divisions based on their age as of September 1st of the following year.
It is the intent of this organization to have ALL players play in their proper age division with their classmates.

Major’s 11-12 DOB: 9/1/04-8/31/06 $70.00
Minor’s 9-10 DOB: 9/1/06-8/31/08 $70.00
Pee-Wee 7-8 DOB: 9/1/08-8/31/10 $65.00
T-Ball 5-6 DOB: 9/1/10-8/31/12 $50.00

Spring Soccer Season:
14U DOB: 8/1/02-7/31/04 $45.00
12U DOB: 8/1/04-7/31/06 $45.00
10U DOB: 8/1/06-7/31/08 $45.00

Fall Soccer Season:
14U DOB: 8/1/03-7/31/05 $45.00
